Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated last-minute changes may result in:

  • forfeiture of deposits,

  • cancellation fees,

  • booking restrictions,

  • or refusal of future appointments.

Clients arriving significantly late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments.

I understand things happen and I believe communication is everything.  If you need to cancel at the last minute, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations outside of the 12-hour grace period.
